What the van can do
Most repairs a shop does,

The van carries a full tool set, a floor jack and stands, a 2,000-watt power supply, diagnostic hardware and the fast-moving parts. If a job needs a hoist, we say so before you pay anything.

We will not pretend a van is a hoist.
Transmission rebuilds, engine swaps, alignments and exhaust welding need a proper bay. If your job is one of those, we will tell you on the phone before you have spent a dollar.

Battery died in the Costco lot in Ajax with a trunk full of groceries. Called at 4:10, the van was there by 5:30, tested the charging system and swapped the battery on the spot. I never had to leave the car.
Front pads were grinding and every shop in Whitby wanted the car for a full day. These guys did pads and rotors in my own driveway in under two hours and showed me the old parts before they left.
We run four delivery vans. Having someone come to the yard before the morning route instead of losing a vehicle to a shop for a day has paid for itself many times over.

Do you actually come to my house?
Yes — that is the whole business. The van carries the tools, the jack, the power and the common parts. We work in driveways, condo garages with clearance, office parking lots and on the shoulder of the road. We just need a legal, reasonably level place to park beside your vehicle.
Is mobile repair more expensive than a shop?
Usually it is less. We have no building, no service advisor and no hoist to pay for, and that shows up in the labour rate. What you save on top of that is a tow, a rental, and half a day off work.
What can't be done in the field?
Anything that needs a hoist, a wheel-alignment rack or a full teardown: transmission rebuilds, engine swaps, timing chains on some engines, exhaust welding, and alignments. We will tell you before we quote and point you to a shop we trust.
Do you supply the parts, or can I?
Either. Our parts come with a 12-month / 20,000 km warranty on parts and labour. If you supply your own, we will fit them and warranty the labour only.
How do I pay?
Card, debit tap, e-transfer or cash, at the van when the job is finished. You get an emailed invoice with the parts numbers on it.
How fast can you get here?
For no-start and roadside calls we aim for same-day, and we give you a 90-minute arrival window when we book. Scheduled work — brakes, oil, tires — is normally next business day.
