Everything below is done at your address — home, work, or wherever the car gave up. Anything that needs a hoist or an alignment rack is listed further down, honestly, along with what we would do instead.
Parts carried on board cover most common jobs on the first visit. Anything special is ordered the same morning from suppliers in Ajax, Whitby and Scarborough.
No-start & roadside callouts
No crank, no start, a click and nothing else, or it died in traffic. We come out, find the actual fault — battery, starter, alternator, fuel, ignition, ground — and fix it on site where the part allows.
Battery and charging system test
Starter and solenoid replacement
Fuel pump and relay checks
Jump-start and recovery advice
Brakes: pads, rotors & calipers
Grinding, squeal, vibration through the pedal, or a warning that your pads are through. Replaced in your parking space, torqued to spec and bedded in before we leave.
Front and rear pad and rotor sets
Caliper and slide-pin service
Brake fluid flush
Parking-brake adjustment
Batteries & charging system
Ontario winters are hard on batteries. We load-test what you have, test alternator output and parasitic draw, and fit a battery matched to your vehicle rather than whatever is on the shelf.
Load and conductance testing
Battery supply and fitting
Alternator output testing
Old core recycled free
Oil & filter service
Conventional, synthetic blend or full synthetic, with the correct filter and a proper reset of the service indicator. Used oil is collected and taken to a licensed recycler.
Oil and filter to manufacturer spec
20-point safety look-over
Fluid top-ups included
Service light reset
Check-engine light & diagnostics
A code is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We pull codes and freeze-frame data, watch live sensor values, and test the circuit before recommending a part. You get the reasoning in writing.
Full OBD-II scan with live data
ABS, SRS and transmission codes
Circuit and sensor testing
Written findings emailed to you
Alternators, starters & belts
Dimming lights, a whine that rises with revs, a battery that keeps going flat. Charging faults and cranking faults get tested properly before anything is replaced.
Alternator replacement
Starter motor replacement
Serpentine belt and tensioner
Pulley and idler replacement
Tires & seasonal swaps
Winter-to-summer changeovers done at your house on your own schedule — no queue in October. Flats repaired where safe, and everything torqued with a proper wrench, not an impact gun.
Seasonal swap on rims
Rotation and pressure set
Puncture repair where repairable
Torque to manufacturer spec
Suspension & steering
Clunks over speed bumps, a floaty ride, uneven tire wear or a steering wheel that will not sit straight. Most component work is doable on the driveway; alignment is not, and we will say so.
Shocks and struts
Control arms and bushings
Sway-bar links
Wheel bearings and hubs
Cooling & overheating
A temperature gauge climbing is the one thing you should not drive through. We pressure-test the system, find the leak and replace the failed part before it becomes a head gasket.
Pressure testing for leaks
Hoses, thermostat and housing
Water pump replacement
Coolant flush and refill
Tune-ups & maintenance
The unglamorous work that decides whether a car reaches 300,000 km: plugs, filters, fluids and belts, done on the manufacturer's interval instead of when something breaks.
Spark plugs and coil packs
Air and cabin filters
Fluid changes
Scheduled maintenance plans
Pre-purchase inspections
Before you hand over money for a used car, we meet you at the seller's address, put it on stands, scan it, and send you a written report with photos. Best few hundred dollars you will spend on a used car.
On-site at the seller's address
Full scan and road test
Photo report within 24 hours
Honest walk-away advice
Fleet & small business
Delivery vans, trades trucks, taxi and rideshare vehicles. We service the yard before the morning route so no vehicle sits at a shop for a day of lost work.
Scheduled fleet servicing
On-site at your yard
Monthly consolidated invoicing
Priority callouts for account holders
Being straight with you
What we will not do in a driveway.
A van is not a hoist and pretending otherwise is how people get hurt and cars get damaged. These jobs need a proper bay, so we refer them out — often to a shop we have worked with for years.
Call it in anyway. Half the time the fault turns out to be something we can fix at your kerb for a fraction of the price.
How we price
Flat rate. Agreed first.
You approve a number before the van moves. If we open something up and it turns out to be different, we stop, call you, and re-quote. Nothing gets done that you have not said yes to.
Quote on the phone
Most common jobs can be priced from the year, make, model and symptom in a single call. That price includes the call-out.
Diagnosis when it's unclear
If the fault needs finding, there is a diagnostic charge — and it comes straight off the bill when you book the repair with us.
12 months on the work
Parts we supply and the labour to fit them are covered for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. In writing, on the invoice.
Stuck in the driveway? We are already halfway there.
Call for a flat-rate quote before we dispatch. No diagnosis fee on booked repairs.
